    We provide a dedicated contact person who knows you by name and understands your unique goals and situation. We proactively reach out to keep you fully apprised of our views and of any important changes to your account.

     

    Institutional-level service for individual investors.

    With us, you’re not simply another account number. You get proactive service from a personal, dedicated Investment Counselor. You’ll hear from your Investment Counselor regularly, and you can decide how frequently you’d like to be contacted. Further, your Investment Counselor will reach out to you whenever there are important changes in your account. And because they’re not commission-based, these are not sales calls. Your Investment Counselor is there to keep you up-to-date, not to sell you products.

    What else do Investment Counselors do? Their job is to evaluate your investment objectives on an ongoing basis, monitor your account, and provide day-to-day service. Their goal is to make sure you know exactly what’s going on with your money, and why.

    Investment Counselors also serve as liaisons between clients and the Investment Policy Committee (IPC), the team of senior investment executives, headed by Ken Fisher, that develops and executes investment strategies. Your Investment Counselor will know your specific investment profile, and should your investment objectives change, he’ll relay that information to the IPC. It’s a level of service institutional investors take for granted, but isn't normally available to individuals. We believe in providing the highest level of customer service to all of our clients—whether they’re individual investors or institutions.
